Refund & Transfer Policy

All Pro Academy is committed to providing exceptional training experiences. Please review our refund and transfer policy carefully before registering for any camp or program.

​

REFUND POLICY
All registrations are non-refundable.
Once you have registered and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of schedule or personal commitments

  • Illness or injury

  • Weather conditions

  • Dissatisfaction with program

  • Failure to attend

We encourage all participants to carefully consider their commitment before registering.


TRANSFER POLICY
While registrations are non-refundable, we understand that circumstances may change. All Pro Academy offers a one-time transfer option under the following conditions:
Transfer Eligibility:
One-Time Transfer:

  • Each registration is eligible for one (1) transfer only

  • Transfers must be requested at least 12 days before the originally scheduled camp date

  • Transfers are subject to availability in the requested camp session

How to Request a Transfer:

  1. Submit your transfer request in writing via email to info@allproacademy.com

  2. Include the following information:

    • Participant's full name

    • Original camp date and session

    • Requested new camp date and session

    • Reason for transfer 

  3. Transfer requests must be received at least 12 days prior to the original camp start date

​

Important Transfer Notes:

  • Transfer requests received less than 12 days before the original camp date will not be accepted

  • Transfers are subject to availability in the new session

  • If the requested session is full, alternative dates will be offered

  • No refunds will be issued if a suitable transfer date cannot be accommodated

  • After one transfer has been used, the registration becomes final and non-transferable

  • Transfers to a higher-priced camp may require an additional payment for the price difference

  • Transfers to a lower-priced camp will not result in a refund or credit

NO-SHOW POLICY
Participants who fail to attend their scheduled camp without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
 

CANCELLATION BY ALL PRO ACADEMY
In the rare event that All Pro Academy must cancel a camp due to insufficient enrollment, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances:

  • Participants will be notified as soon as possible

  • A full refund will be issued, or

  • Participants may transfer to an alternative camp date at no additional charge

EXCEPTIONS
All Pro Academy reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis for extraordinary circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Medical emergencies (documentation may be required)

  • Military deployment

  • Other exceptional situations at the sole discretion of All Pro Academy management

Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

11. Photography & Media Release
When you enter All Pro Academy training facilities, fields, or attend any All Pro Academy program, event, or camp (collectively, “Academy Activities”), you understand and agree that photography, audio recording, and video recording may occur.

By participating in or being present at any Academy Activity, you grant All Pro Academy, its affiliates, sponsors, and media partners the unrestricted right and permission to capture, use, reproduce, publish, and distribute your likeness, image, and voice in any medium—now or in the future—for lawful promotional, educational, or commercial purposes, without compensation or additional consent.

You hereby release and hold harmless All Pro Academy, its officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any liability, claims, or damages related to such use, including but not limited to invasion of privacy, defamation, or misrepresentation.

 

By entering All Pro Academy premises or participating in Academy Activities, you acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy concerning photography, videography, or audio recording and that all media produced becomes the exclusive property of All Pro Academy.

By registering for, participating in, or accessing any All Pro Academy program, service, website, or event (“Academy Activities”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not participate or use our services.

1. Program Participation

  • All participants must complete registration forms, waivers, and payment before attending.

  • Parents or legal guardians must approve participation for minors.

  • All Pro Academy reserves the right to deny or remove any participant for conduct deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive—without refund.

2. Payment & Refunds

  • Payment is due in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

  • All Pro Academy may offer limited refunds or credits in its sole discretion if cancellation occurs before a stated deadline.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, weather interruptions, or dismissals due to conduct or policy violations.

3. Health & Safety

  • Participants must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to participation.

  • In case of illness or injury, All Pro Academy staff may provide reasonable first aid and/or seek emergency medical treatment as deemed necessary.

  • Parents/guardians authorize All Pro Academy to act on their behalf in such emergencies.

  • Participation is voluntary and at the athlete’s own risk.

4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Participation in athletic training involves inherent risks, including injury or property damage.
By registering, you and your child voluntarily assume all such risks and release All Pro Academy, its owners, coaches, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in Academy Activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to uphold All Pro Academy’s values of respect, teamwork, and professionalism.

  • Bullying, foul language, harassment, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.

6. Photography & Media Release

When you enter any All Pro Academy facility or event, you acknowledge that photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
By attending or participating, you grant All Pro Academy the unrestricted right to capture and use your likeness, voice, and image in promotional or educational materials without compensation or additional approval.
All media created is the sole property of All Pro Academy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, photos, videos, and written materials on All Pro Academy platforms are the exclusive property of All Pro Academy and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. Website Use

  • Users may not upload, post, or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive material through All Pro Academy’s website or social platforms.

  • Unauthorized attempts to disrupt, hack, or damage the site are prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Pro Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation or website use.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for participation in the specific event or service.
