At All Pro Academy (“APA,” “we,” “our,” “us”), we are committed to providing a safe, structured, and professional training environment. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and expectations that apply when you use our website, register for our programs, or participate in any All Pro Academy activities. By accessing our site or enrolling in APA programs, you agree to the following terms.


1. Program Registration

  • All participants must complete the full registration form and agree to all policies before attending any APA camp, clinic, or training session.

  • Parents/guardians must register and consent for athletes under the age of 18.

  • APA reserves the right to approve or deny any registration at our discretion.



2. Payment & Billing

  • Payment is required at the time of registration unless stated otherwise.

  • All payment information is processed securely through trusted third-party providers.

  • APA is not responsible for payment processing errors caused by participant-submitted information.



3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds, credits, or cancellations depend on the program or event.

  • Most events allow cancellation up to a specific date; after that point, refunds are not guaranteed.

  • APA reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events due to weather, safety concerns, or instructor availability.

  • If APA cancels an event, participants may receive a rescheduled date or program credit.



4. Athlete Requirements

All participants must:


  • Be medically cleared to participate in physical activity.

  • Wear proper equipment and follow safety instructions at all times.

  • Demonstrate respectful behavior toward coaches, staff, and other athletes.

  • Refrain from any abusive, dangerous, or disruptive conduct.


APA reserves the right to remove any participant for violating safety or conduct rules without refund.


5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in football-related training involves physical exertion and potential injury. By enrolling:


  • You acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with sports and physical activity.

  • Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for the athlete’s safety and participation.

  • APA, its coaches, staff, and partners are not liable for injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies that occur during training or events.



6. Medical Treatment Authorization

In case of injury or emergency, parents/guardians authorize APA staff to:


  • Provide basic first aid.

  • Seek medical assistance if necessary.

  • Contact emergency services when appropriate.


All medical costs are the responsibility of the parent/guardian.


7. Media & Photography Release

By participating in APA programs, you grant APA the right to:


  • Photograph and record athletes during events and training sessions.

  • Use images, video, and audio for promotional, marketing, educational, and social media purposes.

  • Use athlete first names or jersey numbers when appropriate.


If you wish to opt out, you must submit a written request prior to the event.


8. Website & Content Use

Users agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute APA content without permission.

  • Misuse the website, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access.

  • Use APA branding, logos, or materials without written approval.


All website content is protected under copyright law.


9. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

Parents/guardians agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information.

  • Ensure athletes arrive on time and are picked up promptly after sessions.

  • Communicate any medical conditions, allergies, or limitations prior to participation.

  • Encourage positive behavior and respect toward coaches, staff, and other families.



10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • APA is not responsible for personal property loss or damage.

  • APA is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from participation.

  • APA’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific program or event.



11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

APA may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued participation in APA programs constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
